About 2 years ago VAG turned off the online system that the service department used to obtain your immobiliser security code. This means that they are unable to give you, the owner, the code that anybody who programs keys needs to make you a new key when you need a spare - or when you've lost them. We at MVL can read the electronics in these cars to directly draw this information from them - allowing us to program you new keys - SOME BY RETURN OF POST!
